Jump rope – 60sec

 

Foot circles – 10x each position (Full, Toes, In & Out)

 

Lesson

Leg flutters – 30sec

 

Hip raises – 6x – hold – each side

 

Abs work – 6x – slow descent

 

Plank – 30sec

 

Repeat lesson 3 times
