Lesson

Wide push-ups – 8x

 

Floor plié – 10x – each side – stretch forward

 

Floor tendu flex – 10x – each side

 

Floor passe – 10x – each side

 

Floor port de bras – 10x – each side

 

Rotation plíe, tendu – 8x plié – 4x tendu – each side

 

Repeat lesson 3 times
