Foot circles – 10x, 8x, 6x, 4x, 2x, 1x

 

 

Lesson

Plié – as in first follow aswell in second, fourth and fifth position

 

Tendu fermé – follow the video

 

Inquisition – 8x tendu – 8x rond de Jambe en l´air

 

Jeté Piqué – 8x jeté – 8x piqué

 

Rond de Jambe par Terre – 8x – each side

 

Battement Fondu – follow the video

 

Repeat lesson 3 times
