Foot circles – 10x each position (Full, Toes, In & Out)

 

Lesson

Floor plié – 6x – each side – stretch forward

 

Floor tendu flex – 6x – each side – passe stretch forward

 

Floor passe – 6x – each side

 

Floor port de bras – 6x – each side

 

Repeat lesson 3 times
